Firstly a Drawn Cup is being drawn for manufacturing Cages. The said Drawn Cup has been drawn in Carbide Steel Die which result of zero possibilities in any type of variations right from 1st piece to any number of pieces. Due to this every Piece keeps equal Diameter.

Due to Cup Draw, the strength of the Cage is been obtain the highest because it does not leave any joint in the Cage like a Welding joint or etc.

After the Cup Draw, It has been adjusted according to the necessary length. Then after the Pocket Punching has been done through high quality Power Press. After such other processes, the cage has being washed by Vibrator and then the Blackening or Prospecting process is done according to party's requirements.

A through and 100% strict inspection has been done during the entire process so that if by chance any slight rejection cage found, it will be removed form the production and will not be supplied to the party. This ultimately result of 100% Best quality products to our Valued Clients.
